1. Non-Returnable Items

Products such as books, digital content, computer supplies (toner, cartridges, ribbons, software, programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, tapes, etc.), and any items where protective elements like packaging, tapes, seals, or packages have been opened after the delivery cannot be returned due to legal regulations.

Additionally, for bulk/multiple orders, orders identified as commercial purchases, or orders placed with different usernames, aliases, identities, or contact information where invoice address, delivery address, payment information, trade name, and tax number match, Aviation Center reserves the right to cancel the orders.

2. Return Procedure

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without stating any reasons and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient for the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be made to the Seller within this period.

The Buyer must not have taken any exam or seen any questions in the online exam package received; otherwise, the right of withdrawal will be considered invalid.

3. Refund Process

The refund amount for the returned product will be issued within approximately seven (7) business days using the same payment method used by the buyer (*).

Payments made on our website are transferred to the user's wallet account and can be used for future purchases. Once payments are confirmed on our site, refunds are not processed. Your money will be stored in your membership wallet and can be utilized for any product at any time. However, if you have experienced fraud and the product has not been delivered, an evaluation will be conducted, and refunds will be processed based on the evaluation results.

Ek olarak, toplu/çoklu siparişler, ticari alımlar olarak belirlenen siparişler veya farklı kullanıcı adları, rumuzlar, kimlikler ve iletişim bilgileri ile verilen siparişlerde fatura adresi, teslimat adresi, ödeme bilgisi, ticari unvan ve vergi numarası gibi unsurların aynı olması durumunda Aviation Center, siparişleri iptal etme hakkını saklı tutar.

2. İade Prosedürü

Alıcı, 14 gün içinde hiçbir gerekçe göstermek zorunda olmaksızın ve cezai şart ödemeksizin bu sözleşmeden cayma hakkına sahiptir. Cayma hakkının kullanıldığına dair bildirimin bu süre içinde satıcı tarafa yöneltilmiş olması yeterlidir.

Alıcı teslim aldığı online sinav paketi içerisinde bulunan hiç bir sınava girmemiş olması soruları görmemiş olması gerekmektedir, aksi halde cayma hakkı geçersiz sayılacaktır.

3. İade İşlemi

İade edilen ürünün geri ödeme tutarı, yaklaşık olarak yedi (7) iş günü içinde alıcı tarafından kullanılan aynı ödeme yöntemi kullanılarak yapılacaktır (*).

Web sitemizde yapılan ödemeler kullanıcı cüzdan hesabına aktarılır ve gelecekteki alışverişlerde kullanılmak üzere saklanabilir. Web sitemizde ödemeler onaylandıktan sonra, geri ödeme yapılmaz. Paranız üyelik cüzdanınızda bekler ve istediğiniz zaman dilediğiniz ürün için cüzdanınızı kullanabilirsiniz. Ancak, eğer dolandırıcılık gibi bir durum yaşanmışsa ve ürün hala teslim edilmemişse, bir değerlendirme yapılır ve bu değerlendirmeler sonucunda iade işlemi gerçekleştirilir.
